Returns and Warranty

We want you to be delighted with your De Luca piece. If you are not, we will make it right.

Returns within 30 days

You may return your piece within 30 days of delivery, for any reason, provided it is unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

How to return

Write to info@hookpurse.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will send you the return instructions and address. Please do not send a parcel back before you hear from us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the price of the piece to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to show the credit. Return shipping is at your cost, unless the piece is defective or we made an error.

Damaged, defective or incorrect pieces

If your piece arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace it or refund you in full, and cover the return shipping.

Exchanges

If you would like a different finish, return the piece as described above and place a new order. This ensures that the finish you want is reserved for you.

Limited warranty, 1 year

Each De Luca piece is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of delivery. If a defect appears under normal use, we will repair or replace the piece, at our choice, free of charge.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, modification, excessive load, exposure to chemicals, or normal wear such as light scratches and gradual change of the finish. To make a claim, write to info@hookpurse.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

This warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, the legal rights you have as a consumer under the laws that apply to you, wherever you live (for example the Quebec Consumer Protection Act in Canada, or EU and UK consumer law in Europe).

Care of your piece

To keep the shine of the gold, silver or rose gold finish and the sparkle of the crystals, wipe gently with a soft dry cloth and store the piece in its pouch away from moisture and perfume.
