1. About us
hookpurse.com is operated by De Luca Hook Purse, based in Blainville, Quebec, Canada. You can reach us at info@hookpurse.com. In these terms, "De Luca", "we" and "us" mean De Luca Hook Purse.
2. Using the site
You may use this site for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content for commercial use without our written permission.
3. Products and availability
Our pieces are made in limited quantities. We do our best to show the colours and finishes accurately, but screens vary slightly. A piece may be out of stock; if so, you can join our private list to be told when it returns. We may limit quantities and correct errors in descriptions or prices.
4. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless the checkout shows another currency. Applicable sales taxes or VAT, where they apply to your delivery address, are calculated and shown at checkout, before you pay.
5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when you receive our confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud, and we will refund you in full if payment was taken.
6. Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe, a secure payment provider. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by De Luca.
7. Shipping, returns and warranty
Delivery is described on our Shipping page. Returns and the one year limited warranty are described on our Returns and Warranty page. They are part of these terms.
8. Intellectual property
The De Luca name, logo, designs, photographs and texts belong to De Luca Hook Purse and are protected by law. You may not use them without our written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, De Luca is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the site or of our pieces. Our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law gives you as a consumer and that cannot be excluded, nor liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, except where the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence give you greater rights. Nothing in these terms limits those rights, including your right to bring a claim in the courts of the place where you live.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
