Shipping

Every De Luca piece is prepared with care and leaves our hands quickly.

Dispatch

Your order is dispatched within 24 hours of your payment being confirmed. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday leave on the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 3 to 5 days after dispatch, to Canada and to the United States. These are estimates: delays can occur with the carrier, at customs or during peak periods.

Where we ship

We currently ship to Canada and the United States. If you live elsewhere, write to us at info@hookpurse.com and we will tell you whether we can help.

Shipping cost

Any shipping cost is shown at checkout, before you pay. There are no hidden fees added afterwards. Duties and import taxes, if any, for orders delivered outside Canada (including the United States and Europe) may be charged by the carrier or customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you receive an email with your tracking number so that you can follow its journey.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully before you pay. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you, and reshipping costs may apply.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or has not arrived within 10 days of dispatch, write to us at once at info@hookpurse.com with your order number (and photos, if the parcel is damaged). We will resolve it quickly, by replacing the piece or refunding you.
